fitting a lower arm bar, help n tips please??

just after some advice about fitting a cusco lower arm bar?

Undo one lower arm bolt. Put it through the lower arm back and bolt it back through. Its only 15 minutes work

Bare in mind it doesn't go "inside" the lower arm. Just bolts between the bolt head and the chassis

When bolting on the bar, it can sometimes be difficult to find the thread. Jacking up the wishbone itself normally does the trick.

Sorry to steal the thread but how much of a difference do these actually make. Is it noticeable?
