Hi had my glanza couple of months now and beginning to start modding. I've just taken delivery of my front intercooler,hks actuator and boost controller.( gizzmo). I would like to know if 1 bar is the max I should go on my CT9?.

you need to sort fueling and exhaust mani or you will brake things.

Running 1 bar you'd need a FMIC adjustable act and boost controller which u hav , Ported or aftermarket mani , decat , catback exhaust system , and for fueling Fpr and Fcd which would need to be adjusted on rollers or a Self learning ECU eg. JAM , BLITZ , MINES etc . or a EMU or other piggybac ecu's which u would hav to get mappped , Maybe a relocated airfilter . uprated fuel pump like a walbro 255lph . Stock injectors should be ok i tink , Youd be better off with uprated leads and a boost and oil pressure gauge to keep an eye on things . this is just off the top of my head and could be leaving out sumtin correct me if im wrong .

I was under the impression that what I now have would be fine for 1 bar. Manifold, and fuel pressure had never been mentioned. Just fcd,fmic,actuator,controller, decat and that was it. Obviously there is more to it :S

On car, Jam FCC, decat straight through exhaust, relocated air intake, updated ht leads, new battery. Improved earthing, boost gauge.
Have fmic, gizzmo boost controller, hks actuator ready to fit.

How much in labour will all this cost roughly, the things still to fit.

FOC....Have a good read on the forum matey you will soon see how to apply each part you have as im sure there will have been a 1000 people before you needing help fitting the same parts your wanting fitted matey.

Well just had a problem with sigma alarm keypad had to leave car at five a side pitches up from house went up this morning to find window smashed :'(
