the fcon unit has 9 preset "maps" i would guess that they change both the ignition and fuel tables like a jam or mines ecu, the gcc allows for fine tuning of the fuel maps.

also to note if you really wanted to force the timing in one direction then adjusting the FCD will advance or retard the timing. but for more details on that chris or weejohn would be the men to speak to ted as im not clued up enough on these things.

but anyway for the money, its an adjustable but preprogrammed piggyback. :)

looking to upgrade from the jam eventually phil. take it then you run it on a std ecu.

great price phil,all those extras alone to buy seperate 2nd hand would cost well over your asking price.
real bargain here folks.

i have used one of these on my car with a td04,chris tuned it for me!...great piece of kit:cool:

i made 244.7@the fly at just under 1.2 bar...this is a bargain at this price,for what you get,id snap it up quick because you wont get another like this with all the add ons in a long time,maybe never!!!

thanks mate,

still for sale folks.

a fair amount of interest so far, just no definite buyer.

if you really want this please make it clear as i have no problem holding it for someone, i just dont want to start breaking the kit up.

this is a more oldskool style piggyback, the emb would have more points of adjustment but is "more involved" in terms of setup and mapping!

positive and negatives for both mate.

for me id choose this, not just from a sellers point of veiw, but as the buyer i choose this over the emb and would do so again.

i have ran various boost levels with this, safe tunes and balls out tunes(we salute you jay!) uprated cams etc, its very adaptable without head bulging knowledge.

a superb piggyback for the money. (i'll talk myself into keeping it at this rate lol)

again the interest is still here from various corners, and everyone has been super dead on, first person to give me the nod to hold it for them owns it. i cant say fairer than that.

i'll give it some serious thought if u still have it at the end of e month son, i would b getting a garage to tune it n stuff as i dnt have a clue, i just want more response, higher power and saftey really lol..
