hello people im rearly in two minds in wether to have a forge engine rebuild but im only going to be only running 200 bhp and can stock internals handle a td04 at 1 bar of boost.cheerz people.

yeh lots of people run 1 bar as long as you have a good tuner. If you do forge it you may aswell run 1.2-1.4bar.

As Timmy said mate your be fine with standard internals at 1bar.
