so wot u recommend i do next then? i want to b looking at 200 ponys overall jus dunno where to start! like i said iv got a hks actuator induction kit decat n a back box so wot wud b the next fing to do cheers

Before you look at fuel you need the following:

FMIC - around £200-600
Decent manifold (mild steel) -£150-£350
Decat - around £100
up the boost to around 0.8bar

This should see you around 170-180.

if you want to run more than 0.8 bar, you will need a FCD fitted, which in turn will then need something to alter the fuelling ie a fpr and get this set up properly and checked the afr readings.
Alternatively to this - you can look at getting an EMU ie an emanage - costs a bit more, but will also get you some more HP to.

I would say once running a bar - you would be around 190ish.

I dont think alot of people tend to push the standard ct9 to 200, tend to go for a hyrbid turbo which gets them up to this mark.

no youve got the wrong end of the stick lol,
where did i say tune it on an fpr? have it set up on an fpr and then fine trim it with your chosen fuel controller..
so am i going to run 45psi on my 550's :homer:

You said that the req fuel pressure will be different on every car... thats simply not the case.
99% of people are still running the original injectors, so the 45psi value is still whats required.

Only those running different injectors should consider running a different fuel pressure, as i said, to match the recommended pressure for the particular injector.

i disagree.. one of the main purpose of fpr's is saftey.. if you just plan on increasing fueling and in turn flow cycles on just electronics with the risk of it going wrong with no back up thats mad imo, so like i said you increase the pressure to cover then trim it with electronics.. and im sure theres more than 1% of people with uprated injectors.. have a look at the ammount of forged td04's running 1.4 bar or equivelent :homer:
