1. Click on link "My Guitar is not working"
2. Select your area as Europe, click submit
3. Select your country & language
4. Select console
5. Select world tour
6. Select world wireless guitar
7. Whammy bar not working
8. Select Yes
9. Click next x 2
10. When asked for serial number enter MG000218173208
11. Enter your details
12. Receive guitar

Once you do it for the guitar it is supposed to work for all the drums too. One item at a time.

I know people who have received theirs, but I have not done this myself so not 100% sure (I don't even have a console, let alone the game!).

Just tried it and I can get all the way to the end (bar pressing the confirm button). Still not done it, don't own the game.
