as in ? fitting a intercooler or cutting the fins to alter the look ? one of the easiest ways to cut is with a angle grinder a hack saw takes forever, Not sure if there are guides on this though

Took me about 40 mins or so. I used a dremel with like a circle piece on the end and cut round the whole thing very neatly. I found this very easy to do and cut through really easily. Used tape so i had a straight line to follow.
Hope this helps and gives u an other alternative.

I went at it some different approach, almost using all of the above.
I first used a jigsaw to cut the most out, then with the fine lines i used a belt sander to get it mostly flat. then a dremel for the little bits.

It will look 100% better if you have it sprayed again or touched up after you cut it up

Or mesh it, make the mesh sit flush, use black silicone and you can't see the bits you've cut :D

get a stanley knife and heat it up. use this to cut slowly and carfully keeping the blade moving. re heat the blade when it cools down and looses its cutting ability. will go through like a knife through butter and will leave a smooth edge but be careful. takes a bit of skill but worked very well for me.

Nope no one professional just one of my mates. He used fibreglass to fill in the holes everything we used came from halfords. The hardest bit was getting it to line up with the FMIC

Its was the painted
