Nooooo cars been there on my drive for a while... Dont think it's had enough antifreeze and the radiator is frozen...

Anyway the oil on dipstick isn't frozen...

What's best way to heat? Not tried to start yet but thought rad cap off and warm water on radiator and heater on floor underneather the engine?

Sounds good?

Hopefully blocks ok... Otherwise guess it's new engine?

will be frozen in the block too. try lots of warm water where you can and then put heaters on it if you can. i would disconnect the belt off the waterpump before starting it. get a bit of heat in it and stop the car. refit the waterpump belt and then just run the car to completely thaw it out. drain the water out and refill with antifreeze. you may be lucky and nothing has cracked. ice will find its way into any imperfection and crack the metal if your unlucky.

your best bet is to wait for the weather to clear i wouldnt even etemt to start it in this weather to be honest as you wont know for sure if its thawed out then obviously drain all coolant and replace when you can
