Fuel cut problem

Hi all when i fitted my new engine with standard actuator i was getting fuel cut so i changed to hks actuator and im still getting fuel cut no matter what i set it to car boosts fine with no leaks

japspeed exhaust
zisco decat
filter relocation kit
ct9 turbo

Any help lads has i dont want kill my engine

Get a FCD bud, they crop up on here quite often, pretty cheap as well

I want to run standard boost has when i put my foot down boost is all over tyhe place so fcd not going to fix the problem

Have you checked your spark plug gaps. I had this annoying problem that felt like fuel cut and it turned out that my gaps were too big.

Just put brand new set off plug's in from td and leads

What boost is it running? Any ECU codes?

My plug gaps were also supposedly already set as standard on the new plugs, was like this for 4 years, couldnt fix my problem, until one day I made the gaps smaller. Do u know what your gaps are set at on the new plugs? But I guess if theyre from td they'll be correct.

mike its set to .7 but its hitting 1bar off boost

With all the less restictions you now have, Its going to happen dude. A good boost controller will defo help. This subject has been covered loads. Have a read here if you havnt already.....

Try putting the filter back into the engine bay, should help the issue, Best fix is either an external wastegate setup or remove the turbo and port the wastegate to try and aid flow.
