No, a FCD is only needed when using a stock ECU and running more than 0.8BAR boost pressure.

Depends on your setup, ie what injectors your running and boost pressure.

sorry to spam here , but if i had a standard ct9 on 1 bar boost with a fcd and fpr is that okay ? or would i need a piggyback or standalone ? even if there not needed would they produce any more power ? also anyone ever hybrid a standard ct9 turbo ? and how did it cost roughly ?
