fuel pump relay

Hi guys..am having some intermitent problem sometimes the engine wont start and when i checked its the walbro not working and when i check the voltage on the blue and white wire just b4 the pump its zero...continued the troubleshooting till the connector under the dash still no voltage..am suspecting the relay...sometimes the engine starts and sometimes not....is that the symptom of a fauly relay?

if its an ep82 the relay is under the dash... if you take the glover box off and look up underneath its to the left, has 1 10mm nut holding it in place
