Full boost, car seems to hesitate

Well lads just recently converted my e11 corolla to 4efte.
Car feels very down on power and seems to kinda hesitate on boost. 5th gear 50mph its boosting away and car doesn't really accelerate. Feels like car is holding back.
Car is getting around 80 miles to 20euro mixed driving mostly driving easy. Was getting more then this driving standard 1.3 hard enough.
Failed emissions barely on low idle at .58 and high idle at .8. Reading are meant to be below .5 and below .3. car is idling ok.
It has had new magnecore leads, new ngk heat 7 plugs. Spec is mostly stage one mods with blitz ecu but had standard ecu in for test.
Lambda was .98 which was ok(passed) but a bit rich.
Things if tried so far are changing tps sensor, putting in new lambda, clean coolant temp sensor.
Any help be greatly appreciated.

I would look at timing. If it idled and revs out ok then your ignition timing could be the problem.

Forgot to add, i checked timing and its set to 10 degrees with both ecus in so the blitz doesnt alter it idling.

you can verify :
-ignition system ( cap/rotor/igniter/coil)
-fuel system (tank/filter/etc)
-let the Blitz ecu trims the fuel , it takes time to do it
-iat sensor

thats shit milage indeed i think ur over fueling big time 1s the map sensor sees boost

i would check 2 sensors the map and ecu temp sensor if there ok check is 1 of the injectors isn't stuck open

Make sure you check on the timing in diagnostic mode. Second i would check your a/f ratio on idle and on load to see if you have to much fuel or not.
