hey just wondering what max power can a ep91 run on standard internals safely?

how long is a piece of string mate?

too many equasions to answer, depending on your turbo etc etc.

but the most boost people like to run is between 1-1.1 bar to be safe

well same answer again.. it really depends on wat boost your running.

but they hold around 220hp easily without worry

as said about 220 with a good tune

It all depends, I know of near 260bhp, and it was the head gasket not the internals that went.
