Funny idle / missfire

Just getting my car back to as it was after breaking it for parts then having a change of heart & rebuilding it. Its now 100% back together as it was but its idle is high 1100rpm after its settled & if left to idle for a bit it seems to bog itself down so to speak, revs just drop & it cuts out. If you try to rev it when it does this it pops & bangs like its missfiring. Any ideas?? Running a wepr td04 kit on a tm developments forged engine using the same emanage blue as before as i never sold it. My hunch is something ignition/emanage based? Anyone had the same thing?

No ideas? It runs fine for say 15-20 minutes then will die. Will start again but runs lumpy & cuts out again?

Nobody? Cars meant to be going for mot tomorrow so need to get to the bottom of it. Could it be as simple as i put a plug onto the wrong sender/sensor on the engine when refitting my loom?
