Item Condition: Used, missing one rubber lug as pictured, no holes cut for speakers, few cracks underneath from use but fully functional and rare to find one that hasn't been cut up.

It was working fine when i removed it last year and its been dry stored since so id imagine so.

rocker cover, so it comes with a new pvc valve with rubber seal? what about the spark plug seals?

There is no PCV Valve or seal (as pictured), the spark plug seals under the cover are still there and so far as i can tell in good order. The only seal which is new is the one which sits in the track underneath and seals it to the engine block (again as pictured).
