okay, ive got a garrett t25 from s13, its newly rebuilded(changed the cartridge) , now my question is im boosting late, it starts to pick up boost around 4.8 and get full boost around 5.5k rpm +. , is it really this laggy? , i have a fmic,afpr,external wastegate, it say .80ar in the compressor side,exedy tri pack, 2e 5speed tranny

Does sound like a T28, and it also sounds like T25G.
What exhaust housing is on it? The markings will be on the exhaust housing but not very visible.

From what i just researched its a t25g, it packs quite a punch but boost late, is there any remedy for this? Thanks guys and yeah i think its a t25g because it came from an s13 :)

Any idea where i could get one? Or any turbo that has a/r .42 can be? Or it should also be a t25g?:) thanks

T25G is only the compressor side that is not the same as the other T25s.
All T25 exhaust housings will fit. You want a first gen CA18DET exhaust housing.
And as far as I know T22 housing will also fit.

That's the one - they had M24 front cover from memory.

Guys another question.. If im going to change my exhaust side from .64 to .48, will the exhaust side blade fit?

Yes the housing is direct fit. T25 exhaust housings are all interchangeable :)
The .48 exhaust housing should be found on a T25 with a .42 compressor housing (most common)

Yeah ive seen one on a surplus shop nearby, the turbine is stuck, in hoping to get it cheap :)) , if im getting earlier spool from a .48 will it affect the bhp of the engine? Or just less lag than .64 but same power?

Oh i see, when i got my t25g i send it to a shop to be rebuilded, now its full boost is at 5k from 5k+ , i think the turbo just need breaking in, and the exhaust housing that ive seen on a surplus turbo is .35 , but the compressor side has .42, i think if i will change to that i will lose a lot of top end..

Yes, you will lose a lot of top end with the .35 but that does not sound like a T25 though from the surplus store.
The .48 or .49 will be fine :)

It has a m24 on the compressor side so i assumed its a t25 lol. Alright sir thanks for the advice, im on a hunt for a .48 :)
