gear change exhaust flame?!

Overfueling i would put it down to, depends on your setup though not sure how good this is for the engine maybe other lads can elaborate.

mine dose it sometimes too with ct9 hybrid wouldn be bad for engine tho

An engine setup bang on it won't do it. A setup which is set on the safe side will do it.

could also be an exhaust leak. that creates bangs and pops out of the exhaust.

You were right Chris, although it depends on the mods/setup. Could be a faulty sensor as well if its fairly stock.

It's probably just running slightly rich on over run causing it to pop a flame when changing fear and exhaust etc is nice and how most cars still run slightly rich even after being mapped as the emanages only have so many fueling fields to play with
