Glanza 96 has no Power

Ok friends here is my Problem with my fresh imported Glanza.

The Car has not enaugh Boost. If i give full accerlate the Boost comes really slowly. Before i reached 3000 rpm there comes 1 Led from the Boost lights. If i reached 4000 rpm the second Lamp lights up. There is no difference if i push the HI / LO Button.

So i look in the web and found i can swap the vacuum hoses for the boostcontrolling. So if i do this all 3 Lights are on and the Car runs better but not good. The Car runs 120MPH with apporaching 10 Miles on the Highway.

Overall it feels like anybody hold the Car at the rear Bumper if i accerlate.

The Faultcodes i have read out at the Toyota Dealer says Code 34 but he doesent can describe me what this means because they never had a Glanza in their Garage.
So i hope you can help me Boys.

Ok Code 34 is Turbopressure Signal but what does this means? To high? To low?

The Check Engine Lamp begins lights after i swap the Hoses and drive without full throttle on the Highway.

The Toyota Diagnostic Computer say the Fault was setting when the Engine running but the Car stand still. And the Faultcode can not clear with the Computer but only if the Toyotaman switch of the MPI Fuse and Relay.

Its very Mystrerius for me.

hi mate your english is ok ;) if you are not getting enough boost and you are getting that fault code it must mean too low boost ! Check if you have leaks leading from the turbo if everything is ok then i would consider taking the turbo out and check it. by the way do you have a fmic or te standard top mount one?

I have the top mount Intercooler. The Car is really stock. Only someone have fitted a direct Aircleaner. I look for a Stock Airbox. I heard there can be some Problems with the direct Aircleaner and overall the Engine soaks hot Air from the engine bay.

even if it sucks a bit of hot air it shouldnt be as you are saying, ceheck fot leaks in the pipes from turbo to intercooler and intercooler to intake and other pipes in the throttlebody which could have come off. if no leaks im affraid its a turbo problem.

What is an fcd? The Pipes are OK. If i swop the Hoses from the HI/LO Boostcontrolling the Boost is there but the Car doesent runs really fast.

How can i identify a fcd? I live near Kassel. Is there maybe a Ignition Problem with Missfire at the Sparks if the Turbo give some Pressure? Should i Change the Sparks? Its Denso mounted i see. The seller say he have changed the Sparks a year ago. Its NGK better than Denso?

@Timmy
Who is the Map sensor installed? I see a Pressure Sensor mounted at the engine bay side panel.

better for u to post a picture of your engine bay ,so that we can have alook if the pipes coming on the boost solenoid is plumed properly...
also my opinion is that u should have a loose pipe somewhere...
do another check,including intercooler piping:p

A problem with you'r vac and boost pipes will be very unlikely to cause a fault code unless it's the one going to the sensor itself.
You need to check the wire running from the sensor to the bulk head to see if it has been damaged. You may also want to see if someone local will let you borrow their sensor to see if you'r one is broken.
If you have an fcd in the car it sould be broken or the wiring is loose.

on the firewall on basically top left when you are standing infront of the car.

does the car run fine when you swap the vacuum pipes over on the solenoid?

if so then it is a sticking solenoid.

but if it is still running poor after that then there is a further problem.

Oh the Car runs much better after swapping but not good. In first moment when i push the accerlator pedal the car speed up fine and the Boost LED´s goes Maximum but if the rpm goes higher the Power goes away but the Boos LED´s are at Maximum. Its a feeling linke someone hold the Car at the rear Bumper and with few miles apporach it reached 120 Miles and few miles later if i drive 80MPH and accerlate a little bit the Boost goes up and then the Check Engine lights up and the Code 34 is setting.
