yeah i used half the door pocket and then built the rest up using some MDF then fibreglass some filler then alcantara covering.

Well when i said "i" i meant a friend lol. But they took a while being the first ones. I sent my door cards and they took around 4weeks, and they will cost around £200. www.Audioscape.co.uk will do them for £250 but they only take 1 week.

But I need more!!! Im waiting for a set of tweeters to arrive, hopefully that'll make a change in the sound staging.

My question is, how'd you go about getting the wiring through the grommets? Been trying today with a real amateur cutting job done to the parcel tray, and all I did was mess it up worse. Looks about what I'm after. Pity the stock model '97 didn't come with door speakers.
