its right behind the glove compartment
--drop the glove box lid...press the two tabs at each end
--- remove a few screws that holds it in---3 i think
---- unplug and remove the ecu--u have to unscrew the brackets that hold it
BEFORE removing the ecu it is adviced that u disconnect the battery
