Hi all, im looking for help im going td04 and also have all the mods to make it work and a few more. But sadly this has been going on for the past 2 to 3 years and now have a kid on the way so am going to be surely broke,maybe you guys and girls out there can help. i need advice on how to maybe fit some of the stuff myself to cut down on cost, really want to get this car finished and back running as its been parked up for the past 3 and a half years.

it's quite straight forward bud ...just having the confidence to get stuck in ...there is a how to on here somewhere,as long as you have all your silicone bends for the turbo to inter cooler and air filter relocation(these can all be bought off ebay),get yer oil and water lines sorted out and the td04 rotated...plenty of lads should be able to help you from ireland ....good luck bud..

yeah i have all the silicone bends and have a wepr td04 ,mani ,downpipe so thats ok just the problem with fittin the td04 with the extra water lines the ct9 turbo is just oil cooled i may look around a bit more in here. Im just at the stage where it has to be done ya no......

heres a guide to taking off a ct9 turbo setup which will help ya out, once ya follow all the guide u should be okay its not that hard to do but spray everything up with wd40 and leave them soak in even the day before if ya can! also the ct9 is water cooled!

once you have the ct9 setup off it will be slightly different putting the td04 back on but its alot easier than putting the ct9 back on cause there more room to get at bolts etc

once u have all the bits and get it fitted make sure ya have an upgraded clutch as stock one or exedy organic wont last long, also if your running internal or external wastegate ull need to no how to set up the vacuums etc

Oh i should have stated have the ct9 off, yeah external wastegate is going to be an issue.. i will look around the site and c what i can find. thanks
