For sale: Glanza v 1996 with Alot of optional Extras

Im the first owner from import and have owned the car nearly 2 years. When i recived the car it was completely standard and even had the original wheel trims. After 6 months of owning the car i had the clutch replaced at a private garage. They made a complete **** up and left me with a damage sump and oil pick ups. I was not aware of this until i heard a sharp rattle. I realised at this point this is not good so i sent the car to Powerhouse engine developments for a complete new low mileage engine 40k miles at time And the engine came from a automatic. and setup. I have all recipts for this . Since i have sent my car there for services and any work that had been needed to be done including cambelt. I've had a new uprated clutch and have had both the seals in the lsd changed at this time as well. The glanza is regularly serivced at powerhouse and buy me as im a engineer for rolls royce.
After Market Modifications:
100+ racing alloys
Ultra rain racing tyres
Brand New BC Racing Coilovers
Custom Powerflow Exhaust (Sounds like a v8)
Sps Grade 321 stainless racing downpipe. I have original Cat as Well.
Air Relocation pipe off the turbo.
Hks Fuel Cut Defender
Blitz Turbo Timer
Twin Piston Dump-vale custom fitted With Receipts
Boost Gauge
Black Rear Lights
Koukai headlights
The car comes with as standard Limited slip Diff Climate Control. Folding Mirrors. Rear Racing Pillar Strut. Fog Lights Cloth interior. Flare, 2 rear spoilers The car still reads in Kilometers.
The mileage read on the clock is 139450km (86650). the New Engine was fitted at 103829km.

I have never had the car Rolling Roaded so i do not know the BhP standard they are 135 BHp. Its a Good All around car and was being initially setup for performance and handling. No money has been spared on this car and i have a lot of receipts to prove.
The reason for sale is i have just bought a new Audi A4 so have no use for the glanza.
Mot has just expiered it has 6 months tax. I will mot the car once sold. the only reason its not been redone is its not insured at the moment so i cant send it to powerhouse to be done.
