Hi guys,

Just to share with you guys :). Made in Malaysia. Took 10days for fabrication :).

Details and specifications :

- Runners same size as oem
- ALL runners as equal length as possible
- Schedule10 Stainless steel
- Turbo location as "plug n play" as possible. 1 inch forward.
- Heat shield
- Made Jig from old cracked manifold
- Make sure turning radius as wide as possible
- Make sure no sharp edges

Very nice work, especially on the collectors. Its worth annealling it once its all welded up, it will releive the stresses in the tubing after welding and prevent cracks.

thanks guys. Fabricator said this was one of the most time consuming manifold ever to be made by him as there was space constraint, etc.

The turbo itself was braced to the block to avoid any cracks. CT1b/9 hybrid.

The last time I was running on the stock mani, it baked and cracked the hood paint. There was a noticeably GREAT improvement in power, and also the hood doesn't heat up so bad anymore.

I sent the mega manifold thread to the fab guys to try to get as close as one of those in the pictures.

Costed approximately 550-650quids to get it done. Couldn't get it polished though due to the weird angles.
