GReddy TD05H 18G

Ok guys having a problem, Made up a new gasket for the Turbo/Manifold Flange but it is still blowing.

The gasket looks like this:

Question is does anyone know where i can get a replacement or are any of the other TD05 gaskets the same.

Have a trip into your local motor factors, and size the gasket up with another one.
Wont even cost as much as a bag of chips...

if u dont find rhd have them in stock.. do u have the 8cm2 housing? well i suppose so, if u do u need the 60mm 3bolt gasket.. which fits the td05 & td06

Not sure what housing it is, So is the 60mm from the 8cm2 if so i must have the 6cm2 as mine is 50mm, they make these things so damn complicated.

yeah that should be it:

(10) TD05 / TD06/T67 (8/10/12) IN (Wastegated) / TD05 OUT (Wastegated)

well i may be mistaken & it could have been 50mm .. ill ask my m8 about his td06.. i know ours was the same size..

Cool thanks, Anyway the Mitsibushi TD05H 18G looks like it comes in two sizes a 8cm2 and a 10cm2 and apparantly the GReddy is a modified 8cm2 which is closer to 8.5cm2 so may be slightly more laggy. But i cant seem to find any exact specs for this anywhere.

This turbo buissness is so complicated so many variations its stupid :flame:

Ok having problems the wrong gasket turned up it was way to big so they are trying to find out which one i need and they have told me that it will not be 65mm between one hole to the next and there are 3, they have said that the distances will be diffrent and they are not all 65mm apart, Iv checked and measured this twice now and its definatly correct, can anyone else confirm this as its getting annoying and i have the docs now so it can go on the road :flame:

i just confirmed that its the above gasket.. & yes it was 50mm

erm.. greddy use MHI turbos, its not modified off an evo or anything.. those turbos are not the same... or similar at all

Cool thanks Kon, I should of just ordered it off the site in the first place instead of thinking t would be quicker off some muppet on Ebay
