grrr oil seals on turbo gone

so I knew it was coming but my ct9 oil seals have decided to die and now when it comes onto boost I get plumes of smoke (funny when overtaking people - do you smoke sir?).

so what am I to do?

I have a CT setup - manifold and downpipe so ideally I want to repair, build or convert for under £200.

my options:

repair the ct9 - I like the ct9 for its low spool time but its top end grunt is lacking.

go ct12 - if I can find one nice, but its a CT and will prob need a rebuild.

create a ct9/20 hybrid, I have the 2 just dosh to put it together (trial and error) and will again need a rebuild.

convert td04 - can I get a full kit/working turbo for under £200

stuck here on what to do as I don't want to spend silly but again I cant have my car burning oil every time the turbo spools up

whats the conversion rate for going td04 from scratch?

al you need is a adaptor and custom downpipe td04 can be done for 100/120 pounds DIY

something like this mate 2 flanges welded 2gether ct9 > tdo4 and some pipe welded between you get the idea
