what do people reacon about the gt28 ball bearing turbo?what bhp is it capable of?

It would depend on the trim and the A/R ratio of that particular GT28, but I would say around the 300HP mark.

I would think a GT28 would be little laggy for a 1.3 tho?

good info on that site but cant get the gt28 wih a corrola manifold which can be sold.it cost 476$ + delivery which isnt bad

with it being roller bearing it won't be as laggy as you think

well it does say on the website from small 4 cylinder engines to 2.2 litre engines
