was 1500euro i think something in and arund that anyway!
give it ago just say can i talk to a superior cause ive friends my age who you insured on the same car as me and tell them you need the car for work and so on they will insure you i promise you that:)

i heard travellersinsrance.ie will...think they do all high risk insurance or sumting like that

Don't do this as its illegal. You need to declare it's a GT Turbo Import otherwise you aint insured, it's very hard to hide the fact the car is coverd in badges saying turbo and has intercooler and turbo under the bonnet. You will only get yourself black listed so do it right or wait it out til you can.

I also had a gt insured down south through these people if quinn won't do it they shud. so good luck mate.

sure if its 1.3 on the log your not really lying its not your fault like,just take off gt turbo/glanza badges,i bet you half the peopole here have theres insured as a 1.3

think a copper cant see the intercooler when he pops the bonnet.

soon as you smash, surveyor is sent out, notice its turbo, claim is void, get no £££ and put on a list of people who dont insure properly,

not clever

Not declaring the turbo to the insurance company means you're not insured, if you have an accident you won't be covererd and will be liable for any claims made against you

It's also fraud so expect the polic to be knocking at your door. I always insured mt GT as a turbo and my gf has the glanza as turbo aswell, be safe not stupid!

that attitude won't get you far on this site. if you can't insure the car, don't have it. also, i bet you the majority here have there cars insured properly. you hit someone, your insurance won't cover you or them, so good luck trying to replace there car and god help you if they have injuries because they will take you to the cleaners.

Also if someone is serious injured or killed in a Car accident and Your not insured im pretty sure you'd be of to live with some big men that always get the new boy to hold the soap haha

well said mate. i made sure that every mod was declared on my Glanza and i don't mind paying a bit extra for it, at least i know its 100% legal now.
tbh if anyone tries to insure their GT/Glanza as a 1.3 n/a or indeed any car as something that it isn't they deserve to get caught and screwed over it. Really annoys me that the majority of people will work hard and spend the cash on their cars and spend the cash on insuring it correctly but theres always one who has to try an cheat it, gives everyone else a bad name. :mad:

x2! also it would the driver that isn't insured properly that would probably hit you!!
