gt starlet trying to start with igniton lights on only

i did a few bits at the gt this morning few small bits left chucked the battery in it to see if all the lights on the dash were grand but when i went to turn just the igniton lights on the car was trying to start itself

has anyone seen this happen before as i havent much to do to get it running drives little bits of wiring

i have recentley after fitting this engine into the gt from a glanza V
