Gt4 Help Asap

Its just my luck!
after readin your threads about the fastest gt4 time n all i rooted out my slimline ps2, and to all avail, gt4 would not work. i got a clicking sound out of the ps2. SO! I rang gamestop, who said they had gt4 down there, used, in good condition (dunno if they tested it, doubt it) and brought it home. By now i'm cravin for a blast of it. and the same shit happened again. reading disc comes up on the screen and click click click click click click goes my ps. is it my ps or is it these games???

forgot to mention, dvds work and other games seem 2 work to but i've had 2 tg4's not working??

Its the ps2.

I pre-ordered GT4 when it was first coming out and was like school kid the day it came out, stuck it in the ps2 and it wouldn't work, every other game I had worked fine, I was so gutted!

Its the laser on the ps2 they get tired over time and since gt4 is such a big game it can't load it, so if you want to play it a new ps2 is in order.

Yeah it is the PS2!!!

Same happened my mate!! but mine worked perfect!! Try clean the lazer with a soft cloth!
