I'm just confused atm cos from what ive seen in the past in other forums, alot of people go nuts about a glanza, glanza this glanza that, the engine is the one to get. etc. Well if the rods are as people here say, that means the glanza engine is a pos, not worth getting. Is there any pics of the rods, for com parison.

I really cant understand why they would make 2 versions of the 4efte rods. Are people reaaly telling the truth or just tricking me.

this is not some one trying too trick you. there was a thread about a year ago that had pictures of both gt rods an glanza rods, an you can see the diffrence in them.

manurfactures try improving things all the time. but in the case it wasn an good as good an idea.

glanza rods a perfectly fine but yee got to understand that these engine are old and things weaken over time.. you cant expect them to last on high boost levels.. if ya want high boost go forged, simple as!

Personally I've seen 3 Glanza engines with holes in the block and not once have a seen a GT engine spit out a rod. I ran my own GT at 1.4bar on a TD04, raced it and treated it like a bitch and never had any problems :)
