I got mine from fensport, but TMD & Larkspeed will have them as well.

now you can get nearly all bushes replaced.

anti-roll to chassis bush
front wishbone bush
anti-lift kit, comes with bushes (rear wishbone)
front anti-roll bar droplink bushes
rear beam axle bush
all engine mount bushes, front, rear and gearbox.
panhard rod bushes, but whitline comes with uprated bushing

they are all there just pick the ones you want.

I'v done just about every suspention up grade you can do on a starlet for track days, if i were to do it all over again this is the order i would do it in.
1. LSD (by far the best mod you can do to get those lap times down. Knocked 3 sec of my lap time on a very small sprint lap)
2. Coilovers
3. Rear arb (made a big diffrance, love it)
4. Front arb
5. Bushes (dont rush to do them unless there Knackered, they dont make that much difference and if its on a road car the extra vibration through the car will make you not want to drive it specially poly engine mounts.
6. Strut brace's rollcage etc

That was a big mistake, your tyres heat up when on track and tyre pressures go up, probably by about 0.75 of a bar if you were going hard. Thats a lot of pressure in a tyre to try and get it to perform its best, it wouldnt matter what handling mods you had the thing would be squirming about on the tyres as they were overinflated.

Always check tyre pressure when you come in and lower it to just above what you want it at. When the tyres cool the pressure will be less than you need but it will increase next time out. Then check it again when you come in and adjust if necessary.

Thats the contact patch to the ground, the basis of your grip level. Its the most important thing.

Tyres will increase roughly about 4psi

Do the Polyflex bushes not make the ride too harsh for normal road use as they're not as compliant as standard bushes? Also, what coilovers are recommended and how easy is it to change all of the suspension dampers/springs, I've never done it before?
