Happy happy happy

Yay :)

just thought i'd post up saying that im so happy with my starlet at the moment.

Had the last few days off work so finally got round to fitting some much needed goodies: New thermostat, s/s de-cat, sps mild/s race coated manifold, toytuning adj actuator and pretty much new ct9b turbo.

Only got the boost set at 0.7 bar atm, but that will be going up to around 1 bar as soon as the engine/manifold cool down and i can get my hands in to adjust it.

Now the only real problem is that my clutch has been slipping quite a bit the last few weeks, so i reckon that 1 bar may just finish it off lol.

Oredered a CAP clutch yesterday though, so that will probably turn up in hopefully under a month ha ha, then..... boost!!! :drive:

If its already slipping at .7 bar then 1bar will rip it apart dude. Will be more than good to go once the cap clutch is fitted though, I haven't heard a bad word about them from anyone.

well done at last you got them fitted worth the wait tho :)

ha ha tell me bout it, i just haven't had time to get it all sorted.
Had this load of parts for about a year now just waiting to be fitted lol, oops.

Oh and i think i may just wait till new clutch is fitted before i wind up the boost more then. Im just impatient :p

Well, after a month and a half of waiting for my CAP clutch, it finally arrived today. YAY!!!

Now just need to get it booked in somewhere at the weekend and i'll be extremely happy :drive:

Good luck mate, hope it goes well for you. My Cap clutch was terrible. It would not even let me engage gears properly, fucked up two gearboxes of mine! :(
