has my clutch died?

ok my car was running fine last night but when i started it up today as usual i let it warm up, i then put my foot down on the clutch and tried putting it into 1st but nothing! it wont go anywhere, my clutch pedal feels really light and flimsy as if theres nothing there? why is this happening? im sure if my clutch was dying i would have had certain signs and smells. anyone got any idea on what it is as i use the car for work!! thanks

nah man its like as if im not even pressing the clutch pedal and trying to force it. it goes into revese with abit of fighting though

Have you checked for any leaks at all?
Also check the slave cylinder to make sure the pin is still there (between slave and clutch arm).

sounds like an air lock or a leak.

Clean all the cluch hoses then rebleed the sytem and try again.
if it still feels loose check the hoses for any fluid that will have leaked

could be ur clutch cylinder rubber in gone...may want to change it

airlock can be fixed by bleeding it.

its not the easiest job tbh prob easier to get it to a decent garage mate
