have a plan of putting in speed vision cams into the head i have in shed. head was on the engine that went bang. two exhaust valves were bent. i am replacing guides and stem seals but should i bother buying all new valves or should i just get two? and second will i bother with cruise springs or normal ones will do the job cous i have no plans on increasing rev limit i dont think there will be a need with td04. i could spend that cash on intake mani instead of buying all other biys. but speedvision cams are going in 100% please advise me

just need two bent valves replaced, not the who bunch if the others are undamaged bud. id defo recomend cruise springs with the speedvision cams (is the setup i use) as standard springs can suffer binding, id far rather buy the cruise springs over an inlet, as the inlet wont see many gains till higher up the revs/powerband if your looking at the power and setup that warrents an inlet mani then you defo want uprated springs, dont forget a standard inlet will cope with over 300 bhp easy.

What uprated throttle bodies are available?
never seen any throttle bodies for 4e anywhere only a single Thottle body that goes on to intake mani thats what i was talking about mate

would you not just use a Toyota celica gt4 throttle body?? i think wee john has 1 on his ep85 and possibly a 5efhe intake manifold???

im using a RB 25DET throttle on my 5e project
