It will fit, but the cams are different and there are slight differences in the valves I think.

Cool! will have to take the heads apart for skimming anyways so would it be possible to swap the cams and other stuff from one head to another ?

BUMP!! Can I just get new valve seals and get the valves re seated cause im taking the head off the corolla in an hour and dont wanna get cover covered in oil and cow sh1t for nothing

just stick your 4efte head on the 4efe block, after swaping all the nessasery parts. saves extra head work or is it your head fubar?
