Check fuses/relays? Usually they dont work as opposed to stayin on the whole time. Could be heater matrix but im not sure how the ka heating system is configured.
i think the ka heating dials are cable operated has the cable came off in the on possition? or if its the fan speed that is constantly on id say the heater resistor
