Hi Folks hows it going?

learning to drive at the mo (i'm 22 and just have ever got round to it until now lol) and i am looking for a car that isn't your usual Fiesta/Saxo. I few of my friends have or have had Starlets Turbos and tell me that they are great fun.

But my questions are:
Would one of these be a good first time car or am i kidding myself?
What insurance group are they?
What are they like for motorway travelling
And finally
Where can i get a good one in Northern Ireland?

Cheers In Advance

hiya welcome to forum.

i passed my test at 22 i learned to drive in a starlet and have one as my first car. As long as your sensibly minded you should be ok.

As for motorway mine goes from wigan - southampton every other month which is almost 500 miles. Its ok i guess depends what you want out of the car. does around 30mpg.
