Help !!!!!!!!!! gearbox problem's

Hi all
Im after doing an auto-man conversion finished it today . I fitted new clutch,fly wheel ,ecu ,ect ect fitted it all back up and nutting all the lights
and that came up but when i went to start it nutting happend
Can some one please shed some light on this is there something im missing ???

So its not turning over? you take the king lead off when doing it?

ye its just not turning over ,,i had jump leads on it and a bit of smoke came from be hind the dash .
