125 is to low minimum is 140psi on all 4 i think u have a broken gasket or craked head

fit new piston rings and new headgasket and get another 4efe head ( there the same ) and fit ur 4efte valvesprings to it and get back to us

cheers 5e colin

Drop oil into the plug chamber (teaspoon) just before doing a W.O.T comp test and if it raises it will give you a better indication if the rings are gone.

not that warm sir and not i think on wide open throttle we only did 2 rounds of clicking the key each pistons

what is the normal compression?

Get it up to normal temperature.

Take off the king lead

Remove the plug lead and spark plug of cylinder one and fit the compression tester.

Get a friend to sit in the car and keep his foot floored on the accelerator and crank the engine. Signal him to stop once the compression tester needle stops moving,10 seconds or so should do.

Take note of the reading and release the air from the comp tester and do it again to make sure its a good reading.

If its still low (150psi is ok,160-170 is very good) remove the compression tester and drop a teaspoon of oil into the chamber and redo the test as above. If it raises the compression it could well be that your piston rings are on the way out.

Then repeat on cylinder 2,3 and 4 paying special attention to cylinder 3.

Honestly though, I don't think its the cause of the white smoke, although it may still be a problem.

Have you a local engineering company that could skim and check the head itself?

What type of head gasket and boost are you running?

I blew a new H/G out of a motor factors running a bar of boost once,only took 2 days:haha:

sir i think i cannot break the head i run on low boost only stock boost no upgrades i only equipped my car with FMIC im running on a stock 4efte headgasket way back 2 years ago i bought this engine on a surplus shop here in our country it came from japan and the engine has never been opened ever since i installed it in my car we only replaced the rear crank oil seal and i dont know also how the japanese used the engine in their country so it might be due to old aged it happens to have this sickness alread by the way my engine is a second generation 4efte on what year this engine is produced?

when rings are worn out does the oil really drips on the exaust? how many days for it to be burned? and totally gone?

If the rings on the pistons were gone you'd have oil coming up through the rocker cover nipple and probably smoke.

Do the compression test again but drop a teaspoon of motor oil into the chamber after doing one test. If compression raises its likely you have ringland failure.

It sounds more like you have a leak if its on the exhaust though.

actually i already changed my piston rings and oil rings sir the smoke has lessen already unlike before after cruising when i stop there is smoke for i guess 40seconds but as of the rings were replaced it only smoked for once and smoke subsides that fast for 2seconds only i guess but not that many smoke anymore i think its the residue of the oil that has gone through the exaust pipe

by the way how many km's for my break in?
