I have a fpr and evo viii fuel pump, i run at 80 psi but on 6000rpm the pressure decrease to 40 psi, so i need to know what is the reason and how i can resolve this issue, a/f 18.5 in this case, maybe the engine could broke it.

that 80psi has me wondering also......
i know sometimes larger fuel pumps can really take the fuel pressure up a bit when runnign some big boost at WOT.....but 80 psi?.....i wonder when he sees this pressure??--idle/cruise/wot???

Yea. Evo viii pump dont think it is capable for over 65 psi even if it is totaly blocked.
