Hi guys
Recently i bought a set of alloys from a company in england (wheelbasealloys)
now the problem im having is they wont send them to me until i provide a copy of my drivers licence to them? do i have to do this? they said its company policy and its to do with fraud?

im really annoyed over this and im not sure of my rights
can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Thank you
James

Thats sounds rediculous to me, if your in no panic for them I'd be asking for a refund.

Total nonsence never heard of that before in my life. Doesnt say nothing on there website that you require a copy of your drivers licence to make a purchase.

seems ridiculous. what if you want to buy a set of alloys for a relative/partner as a present but you don't drive yourself!! would mean you can't buy them.
doubt they would turn down the business.
