help needed urgently!1

was just about to go out as im pickin a mate up and my headlights dont work!

the past couple of nights when switched on they occasionally flickered off then onn again and i thought nothing of it. tonight when i went to turn them on nothing happened they never even switched on!

all the side lights and fog lights ect work but just not dip or main beam.

is not bulbs or anything silly like that as i renewed the last week as one side blew so i changed them both.

i suspect its the relay thats packed up but its too dark for me to see where it is, can anybody tell me where it is located or have any ideas please? thanks.

not 2 sure mate but if they were flickering for a while and then went, sounds like a lose wire sumwhere!

could be controller unit on the steering wheel.. the stick itself.. blow in my old car

it prob is to be honest its too dark 4 me to have a look now tho. was just wonderin if anybody knew where the relay was.. thanks anyway.

i had similar problem and followed loom running under the cross bar n found a break in the wire.

problem solved lads. earth wire on back of the stalk had melted itself due to a poor connection.
