Help please, auto - Manual conversion

Hey ive just converted my 1990 ep82 to a 1995 manual engine and box, fitted ecu perfectly and all wiring except 2 important plugs,
Right, First off the wiring that ran to the auto shifter,,,,,,what dol i do with this? leave it?

And second and a huge prob is a large loom next to dash fuse box dosent fit, i have the plug that does fit, its just a matter of matching up the right wires and leaving out the 3 or so that were auto, at the moment due to this loom not fitting i have NO eletrics at all, So ideally what i need is to know which colours to match up when swapping plug heads as 90-95 seems to have changed some colouring.

So if anyone can find me a 1990 Auto wiring diagram and a 95 Manual diagram i would be really thankfull or if anyone has done this conversion i would appreciate some input to this loom issue lol

I'm not the most proficient person here with regards to this kind of work, but this is an excellent resource and lists everything you need to do as far as I know:

I think you might be making it more complicated than it really is, although I'm not certain!

Hopefully one of the really up to speed folk will cut in with exact answers, but I hope that link helps at least a little

Thanks for everything guys but after just working my ass off on it i gave up and emptied my wallet to an auto sparky

$350 later and wiring is done, fired engine for first time to discover exhaust leak, dizzy brush screwed and a misfire..... GRRRR

im lookin to do an auto - man conversion on a 98 glanza just wonderd if i could use a standerd1.3 box off a ep82
