help plz fuel cut

Well if your hitting 0.8bar you must have an adjustable actuator...just wind it out a notch mate. More than likely the cold weather is causing the extra few psi that is making you hit fuel cut. At 0.8 bar your practically on fuel cut so even though it may look like your car is not creeping it probably is creeping a very small amount across the fuel cut threshold causing the cut. Just wind out your actuator to 0.75 or 0.7bar till the cold spell passes

Alternatively, have you made any very recent mods like decat, mani, exhaust system? These can also cause creep due too the better flow of exhaust gases.

home made adjustable actuator :) (Works lol)
meshed turbo
bmc air filter but this isnt attached. (thinking of putting this back on) no efi pipe

also where does the pipe leading from actuator to efi pipe go to now as i am not using efi pipe anymore.

no boost solenoid, running high boost (would low boost stop boost creep?)

swoosh boost gauge

bout it really

o yeh mani and decat

new h gasket and cambelt today

what do i need to boost at 1 bar?

On top of what you have already a fcd, rrfpr, along with fueling run using a wideband is all that's needed to run 1 bar. You might want to add an uprated actuator to the list too if you think the diy effort isn't up to scratch

mate check your boost pipes, mine was cuting out on boost and causing it to cut the fuel due to one of the boost pipes being ripped

when mine was hitting fuel cut off early i discovered it was the gauge, i tested it on a pressure calibrator and found it was leaking, so i repaired it and recalibrated it, at least now i know my gauge is cock on.

Go back to basics, not necessarily your gauge but worth checking your associated pipes as mentioned above.
