Help removing cams

I have everything out from my engine to take my head off.
However I cant figure out how to loosen the cam belt so that I can turn the pulley.
I have the top section of the belts out. I believe I can remove the cams without removing the engine mounts.
Howcan I turn the pulley without moving anything else out the way?
Can anyone help please.

put the engine at TDC
then take off the the camgear and the belt will come off with it
put a 10 bolt through the two holes at the top of the intake cam scissor gear, otherwise the scissor gear will separate and you will need to use a vice to line it up
once you have done this you can start slackenning the caps holding down the cams, do it evenly and not one complete off at a time or you could risk bending one of the cam shafts

Ok thanks, I just dont know how to get the engine to TDC as the belt is too tight? Do I need to release anything? Or just turn with brute force
