help! what suspension shocks and springs?

hi every1. bought an L reg starlet turbo last week. needs 4 shocks 4 mot. bought 2 rears from local motor factors 35 quid each, front 2 only available from toyota 100 each!! thought i might aswell lower it whilst im at it so phoned demontweeks 2 buy springs. HERES WHERE I NEED HELP! the only springs they have to fit my car are by KANE and are 35mm lowering, 180 + vat. he wants to know if my car is TYPE1 2 or 3. toyota said theyve never heard of type 1 2 or 3 but my car was built in april 1994. any ideas???

ide imagine this would be square lamp, quadlight, then glanza.

someone correct me if im wrong though.


for the prices u seem to be racking up, get some bc coilovers for 600 quid and be done with it, theyl be worth it mate

i think your right but the monkey at demontweeks confused me! wudhave bought a complete set looking back now! 2 late tho as ive paid now! thanks

i have tein springs and kayaba shocks there not on the car yt as need new top mounts (if any one can help please let me no) but for the springs and shocks it was 310 deliverd from camskill.

well the ep82has 3 distinct versions. Maybe thats what he means.
90-92 is different to 92-94 (lights bumper etc changed) and 94-95 (quad light version)
