help with central locking

i am wondering if anyone could help me to reprogram my central locking (Toyota Factory Fitted Keyless Key Fob) Any One Got Any Ideas On How To Reprogram System? been to toyota for information but there are as usefull as a chocolate teapot.

yeah ive had the same problem, they sold me a new fob, but they cant reprogamme it!!!
