help with engine

hi does anyone now wot could be wrong with the engine, one of the piston chambers the petrol is going in and spark but no bang, also smoking blue when hot, start the car water come out of the exhaust white smoke, is it the head or bottom end thanks,

have u just put this engine in? if u have u might have got the 4 pipes on the throttle body the wrong way 2 air 2 water

compression ratios. check them. no compression, no ignition. test all of them and compare the readings. you might find that chamber is down
