Hello,
My names Adam and I have recently brought an automatic 1994 ep82 which I am collecting on Thursday.
She is pretty much standard with the exception of an HKS induction kit.

I have a couple of questions:

What is involved converting an Automatic to a Manual?
Where is the best place I can get a replacement/performance exhaust from (without paying stupid prices for the HKS or Blitz ones)?
What are the best brake pads to get?

and any other advice or simple modifications that you would recommend would be great!

Regarding the exhaust, i think japspeed do a decent exhaust at a decent price and are used by a few on here....
Or you could check the for sale section for people selling exhausts, could grab a bargain bud.

Brake pads, alot of people use EBC as an upgrade to standard.
Maybe go for a set of EBC discks too or similar grooved disks.
And for even better braking feel some braided brake lines :D
