HID Problems

Hey,

I bought my mate a set of HIDs for his starlet and got them fitted just fine, however only the hi beam works? the actual xenon bulb doesnt turn on. Any ideas what the problem could be?

I even fitted them to my glanza to see if they would work, bt just the same.

u hav to switch two wires in the connection it self try it on one dere is two different sets its a matter of trial an error im after doin it a few times its grand but its usually the big connection that goes in to the ballast
